How you acquired MdDS ?

I have suffered Vertigo occassionally since 1998, at age 52. Recently I had a severe attack which passed after a few days. At present i am suffering a continuous problem which has been going on for about two weeks. The symptoms mainly occur every evening. After relaxing in a comfy chair, I get quite dizzy when standing. when laying down in bed the dizziness is quite severe for a moment until I get settled. On arising at morning I almost fall over with unsteadiness. For the remaninder of the day I am able to work resonably Ok without many symptoms. I do get mild head aches, and I do have a problem with my neck and back, a little arthritus has been suggested. I get a reasonable ammount of exercise working around a farm. I possibly should drink a lot more water in the winter.

i got MdDS about 13 years ago after leaving a cruise boat. It last for 6 months, but would then come back at times, with no warning. Sometimes it would start even if I wasn’t on a boat. If you could be of any help I’d appreciate it
